Hi, Dyspros! My name's Coco, and I'm bringing in Tabby, from .hack//roots, aka that anime of a game that was the sequel to another anime and game. Yeah. It's a big franchise.

For those that don't know about it, it's about a virtual reality MMORPG called The World, which Tabby here is a part of! She's actually just a normal, non-cat school girl in real life named Moe Kubo, but she'll be showing up in her avatar's form (partially because we don't know what Tabby actually looks like in real life..) so! The World isn't all fun and games, though, because it has some freaky strange autonomy and AI and viruses and lots of junk that culminates in people constantly falling into comas. One of Tabby's friends, Shino, is one such 'Lost One'.

For Tabby specifically, she's a super cheerful (almost to a cloying degree) and perky girl with a thin sense of space! She likes to add 'nyas' to her speech to 'stay in character' as well. She's also fiercely loyal to her friends and on some serious depression medication because of her tumultuous relationship with her family and the inferiority complex that comes with it. 8( If you'd like to know more about her, feel free to look at her app!!

She'll be in the Disciple Guild, as a Pugilist, which was basically her class in The World. Also, those big claws in her icon are actually her weapon, that she'll be arriving with and using here since Shino gave them to her..

HEY hello my name is miki and i'm going to be playing kyouko sakura here at dyspros!

madoka magica is a decently popular series but for anyone who doesn't know, kyouko is (was) a magical girl who has lead a pretty shitty life and subsequently switched to a lifestyle where she believes the best way to live is to live for you and you only. not that she had too much of a choice, being that her entire family is dead. if you can put up with her 'tude, you might like her - or rather, your character might - because despite what looks like a selfish and mean girl, kyouko's not all that bad. except for trying to kill another magical girl and cursing like a sailor and being kind of mean. but. yeah. she gets better!

anyway i haven't been part of a game for a while now so i hope to have fun here!! i suck at intros i'm so sorry

Hi there! I am super duper looper late to everything ever, but regardless I will be bringing in this kid, Wataru Mitani from a certain novel called Brave Story! He's a fifth grader who loves his JRPGs and also, oh, right, wound up in a JRPG world to try to get his wish granted by reaching the top of a tower with a goddess, go figure. Unfortunately, as much as he loves playing RPGs, when it comes to actually living in one...

Thankfully, he's from a bit further along his journey, and has not only learned how to take care of himself in a magical fantasy land, but also taken down his fair share of ~~boss fights~~ evil souls. Since one dwarf isn't enough, I've brought another one!

This is Maus bringing in Thorin Oakenshield, wanna be king under the mountain and uncle to some other dwarf here who's name totally isn't important ~~Kili~~. He's cankerous and grouchy at the best of times, serious and broody at the worst. He might not be the most pleasant to speak with, but he isn't so bad once you get to know him a little. If he lets you.

Also be warned if your character is an elf he's going to have a huge bias against them, so forgive his rudeness, but he's not very nice to them.

Anyone who makes short jokes at him will not be taken seriously and he'll just comment that you're too tall. Gosh. He's 4'10", he's tall for his race and he's not short you're just too tall. Why do you need to be so tall? Long lanky legs and arms are so awkward I mean really, how do you people even move around?

Hi there! I'm Seto, and I'm bringing in Roji from Muhyo & Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation. As the title of the canon implies, Roji works with his boss/partner Muhyo with exorcising ghosts for their clients. It's done with something called Magic Law...so they get called magic lawers a lot, yep. ~~It's better than it sounds, I swear.~~ Funnily enough though, Roji's actually pretty scared of ghosts. His desire to help others overrides that, though.

Roji is kind, gentle, and is a big sap. He's overly trusting and believes in the good of others, which tends to get him into trouble, especially with ghosts. He also has issues with his confidence/self-worth and pulling his own weight. He desperately wants to be helpful and of use, so that's going to carry over into his guild and missions! He's going to be in the Acolyte guild as an Oracle, since banishing dark things from the world is his thing.

I'm Vycey and I'm gonna play Shizuo from Durarara!! - that one series about gangs and a city and some other weird shit like magic swords and headless faeries on motorbikes. Long story short? Man hates violence, man embodies violence, man hates self and avoids others. Tragic. Oh and he's taken from the end of the anime, for what it's worth, since I haven't gotten around to the novels just yet.

okay, fine, he's not that immature. but still. his name's nicolas brown and he's... probably one of the older characters right now, being 34. still, he's can be a total brat and he's actually 5'6", so. yeah. those facts add up well.

MORE IMPORTANTLY he is joining the fighters guild as a mercenary, since it's very similar to what he did at home! he's a competent fighter, despite his inability to hear. he can read lips, but finds it a pain if people talk too quickly or move around while they do. um, also, his first mission will be hiding a dead body, which should give a good idea of what his morals are like...

ANYROAD, this girl is... well, just your teenage J-RPG female warrior who easily wields that big fucking sword with one hand. She's capable of being sweet, caring, thoughtful, while able to go on mad rampage like she's on PMS or something. Also somewhat possesses PMMM's-level trauma if the right trigger is pulled, although she's getting rather better. She probably would also attract some men because lol underboobs. She's gloriously showing 'em off to the public. What is being indecent.

hi i'm erie and i'm bringing in someone from Haganai (lit. Royal Losers: The Series with Sena Kashiwazaki and Others)- ok sorry that is Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai about people who are in a school club to learn how to make friends (because of course). i'll be playing Sena Kashiwazaki a.k.a. "I'M A GODDESS!!!" a.k.a. the epitome of secondhand embarrassment. on paper, she seems perfect. top grades, wealthy, athletic, quick to learn anything from swimming to games. that is until you talk to her. she's an arrogant (though generally well-meaning) loser who desperately wants to become friends with girls and/or turn them into her little sisters. she also wishes life could be more like a videogame which is the saddest thing i've had to write in a while.
