hello friends. my name's laura and i am bringing in some distilled cheer. this is dio from last exile (specifically from after the second series), a show about airships and politics and occasionally birthdays. dio is very, very friendly, especially if you're interesting/talented/don't tell him to shut up and get lost. basically if you exist he wants to be your friend. and he will talk about flying a lot because he loves it... passionately....

anyway he is in the performers guild as a bard! which has nothing to do with talent and everything to do with annoying singing at all times. yay
